GIRLS (Growth, Imagination, Recreation, and Learning in the Summer) Camp returned for two weeks in 2023!
This year's camps included Mysteries Week and Wizarding School!
In the week-long adventure of Mysteries Week, campers put their investigative skills to the test. During day camp, participants rotated through a variety of stations, including Spy School, Forensics, Mysteries from History, Create Your Own Mystery, and more. Campers also enjoyed a variety of other activities, including puzzles, scavenger hunts, escape rooms, obstacle courses, and science experiments. Overnight campers extended the fun through role-playing mysteries and team-building activities with a mystery twist.
Back by popular demand, Wizarding School was a fantastic, magical option for campers interested in the Harry Potter books. For one week, Linden Hall became the American Wizarding School, merging our unique history with ample Wizarding World references. Campers competed for house points, attended classes such as Potion Making and Nature Studies, and participated in clubs such as Wand Dueling and the Care of Magical Pets. For second-year campers, there were plenty of new activities to try out. Overnight campers also experienced new week-long group quests during evening sessions.
We look forward to another great summer in 2024. Check back soon for more information!
See what we did in 2023!
