Equestrian Overnight Camp encompasses a variety of riding and horsemanship learning opportunities. Whether a new or experienced rider, each camper participates in activities that greatly expand her equestrian knowledge. In addition to two riding lessons per day, campers attend local field trips, including a tack shop visit and a trip to a horse rehab center. Presentations on natural horsemanship and bareback riding further enhance the camp experience. In the evenings, equestrian campers join other Summer at Linden Hall participants for crafts, campfires, water games, and team-building activities for a time of bonding and fun.
Additionally, Equestrian Overnight Camp is adding a second week to coincide with the second week of GIRLS Camp. Campers are welcome for one or both weeks, and they will now have the chance to mix and match weeks between Equestrian and GIRLS Camp.
Campers who register for both weeks of either camp will receive a $25 second-week discount. Housing is also available during the weekend between camps (July 17-19) for $260. Day camp is open to campers in grades 2-8, and overnight camp is open to girls grades 3-8.
