At the Lombardo Dining Hall, we focus on creating nutritious meals and offering an array of selections to please any palate and diet. A majority of our menu items are derived from student feedback and have roots from all over the world and are prepared by trained, professional Chefs. We take great pride in providing well-balanced meals with locally sourced fruits and vegetables from right here in Lancaster County. Our Chefs pay special attention to religious and cultural days of importance, and label all menu items to denote foods that fall within dietary guidelines, like "dairy-free" or "gluten-free" so that students can make the best choices for them.
Linden Hall Dining Services takes food allergies very seriously and recognizes that many of our students and faculty have dietary restrictions. We strive to meet those accommodations at every meal and ask if you have special dietary requirements or concerns, to please contact Head Chef Maggie at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your meal needs.
