Director of Advancement
Ms. Clugston has more than twenty years of institutional advancement experience, working in private secondary schools and non-profit community leadership positions. For nine years, she served as Director of Institutional Advancement for Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, N.C., a college preparatory, co-ed high school serving more than 1,400 students. Previously she was the Director of Advancement for Brother Rice High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, a leading all-boys college preparatory secondary school. Along with experience in educational advancement, Ms. Clugston has extensive community service background as the United Way Director of Washington County, Va., where she worked for seven years prioritizing and meeting community needs through the collaboration of over twenty non-profit agencies. As a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, she has been a Certified Fundraising Professional throughout her career and has been active with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
Advancement Database Manager
Ms. Renfro has worked in many capacities at Linden Hall since 2011. Currently, she manages the Advancement Office's constituent database and also serves as Summer Programs Director, overseeing our summer camps, as well as Facilities Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the rental of campus buildings and outdoor areas. She holds a B.S.E. in Elementary Education from Millersville University, and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University.
Ms. Rice graduated from Linden Hall in 2011, and received her B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Mount St. Mary's University in 2015. She then worked in broadcasting as a production assistant for Fox News Radio in New York and as an associate producer for WGAL-News 8 in Lancaster. She is excited to use her communications experience to help connect with her fellow Linden Hall Alumnae.
