Director of Advancement
Debbie Hurd joined Linden Hall in May of 2021 as the Director of Advancement. Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit fundraising. She most recently served eight years as the Director of Advancement at Ursuline Academy, a private independent school in Wilmington, DE. Prior to that role, she served as a consultant helping schools, churches, and non-profits raise funds to meet their philanthropic goals. Debbie has extensive experience in fundraising, relationship building, strategic leadership, alumnae relations, and marketing and communications. Throughout her career, Debbie has become a passionate advocate of all girls' programs and is accustomed to working with schools that have long, historic pasts. Debbie lives in Cochranville with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore with her family.
Jessica Rampulla joins us as the Advancement Associate after completing an internship with Linden Hall during the summer of 2020. She graduated from Ithaca College in May 2020 with a degree in Theater Arts Management. During her time at Ithaca, Jessica worked in the Alumni & Development office as a Student Development Officer and was a member of the Senior Class Gift Committee. She has also previously worked for Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston, SC and AKA UK in London, England. Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling and she lives in Leola with her family.
Communications & Marketing Coordinator
Scott Boyd joined Linden Hall in August 2020 as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator. Prior to Linden Hall, he spent two years as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Townsquare Interactive after working as a Virtual Education Consultant for three years in Charlotte, NC. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is working towards his MBA with a focus in Leadership at Florida International University. In his spare time, you can find Scott exploring everything Central PA has to offer or hiking along the Susquehanna River. He has planted roots in Columbia with his girlfriend and their pup, Ollie.
