Meet the Advancement Team

Debbie Hurd, CFRE
Director of Advancement
Debbie Hurd joined Linden Hall in May of 2021 as the Director of Advancement. Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit fundraising. She most recently served eight years as the Director of Advancement at Ursuline Academy, a private independent school in Wilmington, DE. Prior to that role, she served as a consultant helping schools, churches, and non-profits raise funds to meet their philanthropic goals. Debbie has extensive experience in fundraising, relationship building, strategic leadership, alumnae relations, and marketing and communications. Throughout her career, Debbie has become a passionate advocate of all-girls' programs and is accustomed to working with schools that have long, historic pasts. Debbie lives in Cochranville with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore with her family.

Ian Lawrence
Director of Marketing & Communications
Ian joined Linden Hall in late 2022 after several years working in the Coastal Delaware real estate industry. He has deep family roots in Lancaster County and loves living in downtown Lititz. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware (BA '13) and the University of Chicago (MA '15), and he brings a deep-seated passion for brand development, strategic marketing, and communications leadership to Linden Hall.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys hiking the Appalachian Trail, backcountry camping, reading, philosophy, yoga, and classical piano.

Jeannie Bartlett
Assistant Director of Advancement
Jeannie Bartlett enthusiastically joined Linden Hall in July 2025 as the Assistant Director of Advancement. She has an enduring passion for education and is eager to build long-lasting relationships with Linden Hall’s alumnae, parents, donors, and volunteers.
A local to the Lititz area, Jeannie graduated from Manheim Township and Millersville University. She then moved to the Washington, DC area to work in fundraising at the notable non-profits World Wildlife Fund and NatureServe. She decided to move back home to be closer to family and continued her fundraising career at West Chester University Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending quality time with her two grown children, and visiting Chincoteague with her husband and (very active) dog.
