Aaron Spina
Director of Enrollment Management
With over 12 years of dedicated experience in education, Aaron has built a career specializing in admissions, financial aid, and enrollment management. His expertise includes dual enrollment programs and comprehensive college planning, where he has successfully guided numerous students and their families through the complexities of their academic journey. He holds both a bachelor's and a master’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in marketing and organizational leadership from California University of Pennsylvania and Argosy University, respectively.
Outside of his professional life, Aaron enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife, son, and their dog Marshall. He also enjoys cheering on Liverpool Football Club and has a love for history, which drives him to read extensively on the subject. He has a particular fascination with touring Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields, immersing himself in the pivotal moments that shaped our nation.
Tahri Phillips '19
Associate Director of Admissions & Financial Aid
A proud alumna of Linden Hall's Class of 2019, Tahri has returned to campus in the admissions office. Her background spans admissions, college access, student programming, research, and youth development, with a particular focus on helping students find communities where they are heard, valued, challenged, and known. Tahri earned a B.A. in English and Cognitive & Behavioral Science from Washington and Lee University, graduating summa cum laude, before completing an M.Phil. in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation at the University of Oxford, funded by the Rhodes Scholarship.
Outside of work, Tahri enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves learning about Black history, reading works from authors from marginalized communities, watching video essays, and scrolling through Substack. She loves opportunities to mentor and connect with young people everywhere.
