Linden Hall’s Leadership Development program empowers students to grow as confident, capable leaders through meaningful experiences both inside and outside the classroom. From running for Student Council and delivering speeches to serving as Resident Assistants (RAs) and Student Ambassadors, girls take on real responsibilities that help shape school life. Participation in student-led clubs and national organizations such as DECA fosters collaboration, initiative, and professional skills, while internships provide valuable hands-on learning and career exploration. Through these diverse opportunities, Linden Hall students develop the voice, vision, and values of true leadership.
