Operated completely in-house by our talented dining services team, the Linden Hall Dining Services program offers students, faculty, and staff fresh, home-cooked meals on a daily basis. It is our mission to create healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals while actively supporting farmers, sustainable practices, and our local agricultural economy. Whenever possible, our menus are designed using locally sourced, in-season, and organic ingredients. We seek to establish the foundation for a lifetime of healthy food choices that benefit both the Linden Hall community and the Lancaster County community where we live.
We offer a vegetarian selection at each meal to accommodate our many students, faculty, and staff members who enjoy a "meat-free" diet. Our vegetarian option may include dairy such as mile, cream, or cheese. For those requiring a vegan option, please speak to the chef and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Our goal is to build strong relationships with our local farmers and co-op partners. It is our priority to buy local, fresh ingredients, whenever possible.
