Many of you are anxiously awaiting spring break, but as you stroll through Italian villas, brush up on your Spanish, or simply spend a couple of weeks relaxing at home, don't forget that this is the last break before graduation. As many returning students know, the graduation activities are not exclusive to the seniors, but require all students to dress appropriately. This means that all of you have some shopping to do—oh, what a chore! For the graduation ceremony all students must wear a white dress, no not cream or off-white, but a truly white dress. You are also required to wear white shoes and have the entire outfit approved by your advisor. Now many of you |

might think, “No problem, I'll just pop into my favorite store and buy a dress,” but believe me it's not as simple as you may think. Many of the trendy stores have dresses that are either not appropriate or have some kind of embroidery in a color other than white. So begin your search now, lest you be stuck with a very “mature” style of dress. However, all of the countless hours that you spend in search of that perfect dress will be rewarded when the graduation ceremony commences. The entire student body will be glowing in white under the bright spring sun. Also, a note to the sophomores, juniors, and seniors--Prom is April 24, and with a Hollywood theme. |

fly, backstroke, breast stroke, and free style. Rachael swims the 500 m, 100 breast, and the IM. They also differ in their opinion of the backstroke: Alye says it is her favorite while Rachael hates it. Last weekend, District finals were held at Franklin and Marshal. On Friday, Alye swam butterfly in the 200m medley relay. Warwick's time was 1:13.71, placing them 7th. On Saturday, Alye swam the 100m backstroke with a time of 1:04.74, a personal best. Though neither time qualified for states, Alye and Warwick both performed admirably. Other Warwickians went on to states in the 400m free relay, two went in the fly, and one with the back. If you've ever been to dinner and thought, “Hey, why are Alye and Rachael wet? And more importantly, why do they smell like chemicals?” Well, the answer to this question is a simple one: they are on the swim team. And you thought we didn't have a swim team. Well, we do... sort of. Alye and Rachael swim for Warwick, the public high school in Lititz. Both Alye and Rachael have a lot of experience in the swimming department. Alye has been swimming for nine years and Rachael just two less. Alye swims butterfly, relays, and the IM, or Individual Medley. The Individual Medley is a race in which a competitor must swim the four main strokes: butter |
