Text Box: Though your responsibilities and obligations are very real and pressing, they do not have to burden you. For when you are willing to accept responsibility for something, you put yourself in control of it.                                           Though the frustrations may be deep and numerous, they do not have to burden you. For by working your way through those frustrations, you are building valuable achievements.               Though a profound sadness may come down upon you, it does not have to burden you. For that sadness is possible only because you care so very much, and because you know without a Text Box: doubt how beautiful life can be.                       Though darkness may be all around you, it does not have to burden you. For that darkness only makes your own light more brightly visible.                 Though the problems and distractions may seem to have no end, they do not have to burden you. For by moving through them you are moving toward your dream.                                Though life may be difficult, it does not have to burden you. For you can live moment by moment by moment, joyfully making the most of each and every one.                                              -Ralph Marston
Text Box: Have you ever had something really important to tell someone? Maybe your parents, an adult in your life, or your best friend? It may seem easier sometimes to keep something inside, but in the end this is not the best decision. Getting an issue out on the table leads to better results in your life and more honesty in your relationships with others.                          When faced with the task of communicating something of significance, always remember the three important B’s: Be honest, Be comText Box: fortable, and Be mature.                            Beginning an important conversation in the right place at the right time is the key to being comfortable, and feeling comfortable opens communication. Additionally, acting less child-like will help you to gain trust. Above all, remember that honesty is the best policy. Creating a positive space with honesty allows you and the other person to secure a relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
