When there is much to be done, there is enormous value to be created. Those who step forward, those who make the effort, those who persist will be able to claim that value.

Text Box: It is no secret that cold and flu season has hit our dorms. One gander through the halls will find you  serenaded by the hacking, sneezing, sniffling, and nose blowing of those feeling under the weather. Here are some tips on how you can try to keep yourself healthy in the midst of all of these germs.
Keep washing your hands with soap & water! 
Get plenty of rest and try to minimize Text Box: stress. Avoid  getting “run down” which can lower your immunity to illness.
Good nutrition=good immunity. Vitamins A, E, C, and Zinc are key cold- and flu- fighting vitamins and minerals which should be staples in your diet. 
Get plenty of fluids. Water, juice, and milk are the best choices, hands down!
If you think you are getting sick. See the nurse so you can catch it early.
